HomeShield Services has come through for me every time I’ve asked for help! One of my air conditioning units started failing recently in 110 degree heat & HomeShield Services fixed it without delay. What could have been a miserable experience turned into a good one!
I could not be happier with HomeShield Services. I called them after my AC went out. I had already gotten an estimate from another company and just wanted confirmation the condenser was shot.
Bairon came out and was great, fantastic, all of it. He explained what was happening, and confirmed I needed a new outside unit. I told himwhat the other company quoted me, just to make sure it was reasonable. He said, we can do better. He left and within a few minutes I had thequote. I paid a little extra for the Lennox brand. Bairon was back here the next morning. It’s going to be 114 today and I couldn’t be happier.
